Grid Drawing

In my art class we had to do grid drawings (which I am just awful at - This ^ Was my 5th attempt at it).
It's a drawing of a girl from a Loreal (&copyright) hair color ad.
I kind of like how it turned out (although the paper has been creased a number of times so it looks all wacko in the eye area, but still).

Sorry for the crappy image quality - my scanner was being a butt so I had to use my camera.
